General conditions
The prices are indicated per person/day, and include: VAT, breakfast, bed linen with weekly change, towels with midweek change, outdoor private parking, ski/bike storage.
The local tourist tax of 2.30 € per person (over 14 years old) per day will be added to the indicated prices.
WI-FI connection is available in all rooms of the Guest House:
The rooms are available from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. We kindly ask our guests to inform us in advance, whenever check-in is planned after 9 p.m.
The booking is considered binding only after the payment of the deposit of EUR 100 per room. The deposit should be transferred to the following bank account:

In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained as a compensation fee.

Upon prior agreement, we non accept pets.
Smoking is not allowed in all the rooms and public areas.
