The rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. We kindly ask our guests to inform us in advance, whenever check-in is planned after 8 p.m.

The following cancellation policy applies to our facility:

• Up to 5 weeks before arrival: free cancellation of the reservation.
• From 5 weeks to 2 weeks before arrival: 40% of the total amount will be charged.
• From 2 weeks to 3 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount will be charged.
• From 3 days before arrival, on the arrival day itself, or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• Late arrival and early departure: unused nights will be charged at 100% of the total amount as a penalty.

Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to reservations for accommodation services. The cancellation conditions also apply in the event of supervening impossibility.
